- Try not to go in the sun too much. Yes Avoid the sun. The morning sun from 7am to 9am is good for the skin as the sun rays is a great source of vitamin D. however try to avoid being in the sun after those hours it might cause tan, pigmentation and dryness. If the situation is unavoidable use a good sunscreen a hat or a jacket.
