Meditation is an anti-biotic that helps you to get relief from the daily stress and anxiety that engulfs the life. Mantra meditation is one of the effective forms of meditation. Since time unknown people have been involved in the practice of meditation, and it is a fact of no wonder, since meditation is a powerful tool that leads the way towards a better and peaceful life.
The type of Mantra meditation being explained here, can be performed anywhere, at anytime. No restriction of place and time is associated with this type of Mantra Meditation.
In Mantra Meditation the power of words is used to generate desired results. As the old adage goes, “What you think is what your are”.
“Beware of your thoughts
for your thoughts become your action.
Beware of your action,
For your action become your habit.
Beware of your habit,
For your habit become your character.
Beware of your character,
For your character becomes your destiny!”
So it all begins from what you think. Through Mantra Meditation, your mind is fed with positive words, to make it optimistic and peaceful. When you constantly tell yourself positive things, your mind automatically starts to think and act positively. When your mind thinks the positive way, automatically your life gets into the realm of positivity, and this transforms your life in entirety to a better level .
Few of my favourite mantras from the book ‘The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari’ for Mantra Meditation

2)“I am confident and fearless”
3) “When we are inspired by some great purpose or some extraordinary project. All our thoughts break their bonds, our mind transcends limitations. Our consciousness expands in every direction and we find our self in a new great and wonderful world. Dormant forces and faculties become alive and we discover ourselves to be a great person than we ever dreamt ourselves to be! ”
