Our eyes are one of the most precious organs in our body. These days our eyes are more vulnerable to defects it is due to the increased use of smart phones, computers, televisions and many other things. However, in today’s world, it can be difficult to find the time to really take care of our eyes. You can follow some exercises and diets to strengthen your eyesight.
Exercises for eyes
- Hold a pen at arm’s length, focus your eyes on it, and slowly bring the pen closer until it’s about 6 inches away from your nose. Then slowly move it back, keeping your eyes focused on the pen, 10 times in all.
- Massage your temples, eyebrows and forehead.
- Roll your eyes clock-wise and anti-clock wise.
